广西新型农村社会养老保险制度研究

On Construction of a New System of Old-Age Insurance in the Rural Area of Guangxi

随着广西农村社会的迅速发展,建立广西新型农村养老保险制度已成为一个被广泛关注的问题。广西农村养老保险制度存在两个方面的问题:一是制度设计缺陷,二是制度实施困境。必须从制度创新、政府补贴机制、科研能力建设等方面加强广西农村新型养老保险制度的建设。
