摘要
该文通过对中国与越南投资法律制度最新发展的比较研究,探索双边投资法律制度的异同,以期避免和减少我国企业在越南投资的风险,取消投资壁垒,实现投资自由化,促进中国—东盟自由贸易区投资领域法律制度的进一步完善。
This paper makes a comparative study of the recent development of Chinese and Vietnamese investment laws so as to find the difference between the two law systems in respect of investment, which will be helpful for Chinese enterprises to avoid or reduce investment risks in Vietnam and contribute to the abolishment of trade barriers, the realization of free investment and the improvement of investment laws in ASEAN Free Trade Zone.
