船舶交通系统计算机模拟评价方法

A computer simulation evaluation method for marine traffic system

提出了一种船舶交通的计算机模拟评价方法．评价指标（参数）分别为船舶对遇、追越、交叉会遇、多船会遇等次数及延迟时间的平均值和最大船舶数．把交通管理方案作为计算机模拟输入，对诸评价指标进行模拟计算并对各指标值进行指数拟合，在不同交通量下进行指标参数值的比较，最后进行方案的综合评价选优．以两个交通管理方案为例，介绍了模拟评价方法的应用．

When planning, designing or managing a marine traffic system, the system evaluation must be made. In this paper, a computer simulation evaluation method for marine traffic is presented. The evaluation indexes(parameters) are the mean numbers of heading on, overtaking, crossing, multi encounter, time delay and the maximum number of ships. At first, put the marine traffic plans to the computer as a simulation input and simulate an calculate the evaluation indexes and fitting on the value of the indexes under deferent traffic volume, finally, carry on synthetic evaluation and optimal choice for plans. An application of computer simulation evaluation method is introduced using an example of two traffic management plan.
