文章从对人的重新认识开始,探索在教育活动下人的自由全面发展遭遇的困境,思考在这个过程中教育者本身自由全面发展的必要性,进而指出了时间对于教育者实现自身自由全面发展的重要意义,提出只有节约时间才是教育者达成自由全面发展的有效途径,才能最终实现人的自由全面发展。

Based on a new understanding of human beings,the paper explores the difficulties people encounter in their educational activities of free and all-round development,and reflects on the necessity of the development of educators themselves,to whom time plays an important role in achieving this goal.It finally comes up with the view that only by raising efficiency and saving time can educators effectively realize their dream of free and all-round development.
