针对港口导航的高精度定位要求和港口导航的特点，分析了将差转ＧＰＳ（ＤＧＰＳ）技术应用于港口导航的可行性，确定了ＤＧＰＳ系统中各技术参数，完成了基准台、数据链和用户设备的硬件、软件的设计、实现与实验．实验证明系统设计是成功的，为用户使用提供了方便．

In view of the need for high precise positioning in harbor navigating and this paper analyses the possibility of applying differential GPS to harbor navigating, designantion of the DGPS system. It includes technique parameters, the hardware and software of base station.information chain and user facility. All this have been implemented and experimented. The result of experiment prove that the system is successful. The system has better adaptability, reliability and enlargable ability.
