摘要
针对叶片泵在高速高压条件下易出现擦伤等失效,对叶片泵定子表面采用了添加剂吸附扩散处理的方法.研究结果表明,该方法可以大幅度提高叶片泵定子与叶片接触表面的抗擦伤能力,使叶片泵的高速高压性能明显改善.
In this paper, the method of additive adsorption and diffusion treatment is used in view of the scratch occurred in vane pump in the condition of high speed and high pressure. The results indicate that the anti scratch ability of contact surface between vane and stator in vane pump is largely increased by this method and the perfomance of vane pump in the condition of high speed and high pressure is remarkably improved.
