柔肝熄风法治疗突发性耳聋30例临床观察

Clinical Observation of 30 Cases of Abrupt Deafness Treated with Soothing Liver and Eliminating Wind Therapy

目的观察柔肝熄风法结合疏血通注射液治疗突发性耳聋的临床疗效。方法30例(32耳)病例均采用天麻钩藤饮加减联合静脉注射疏血通注射液治疗。结果30例(32耳)治疗后治愈8耳,显效12耳,有效9耳,无效3耳,总有效率为90.6%。结论柔肝熄风法联合静脉应用疏血通注射液治疗突发性耳聋疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy on abrupt deafness treated with soothing liver and eliminating wind therapy combined with shuxuetong injection.Methods 30 cases（32 ears）were treated with modified tianma gouteng yin combined with intravenous injection of shuxuetong.Results Of 30 cases（32 ears）,8 ears were cured,12 ears were markedly improved,9 ears were improved and 3 ears were failed after treatment.The total effective rate was 90.6%.Conclusion Soothing liver and eliminating wind therapy combined with shuxuetong injection achieves significant efficacy on abrupt deafness and it deserves to be promoted clinically.
