摘要
介绍了国内某发电厂一期2台600 MW机组工程采用的双进双出钢球磨煤机的基本工作原理,并对其运行特点、运行方式和自动控制系统进行了分析。实践证明,双进双出磨煤机具有响应速度快、运行可靠、检修维护方便等特点。
The main working principle of double inlet and outlet ball pulverizer is introduced,which is applied in two 600 MW units of phase 1,certain power plant in China.The operating characteristics,operation pattern and automatic control system are analyzed. The practice has proved that the pulverizer have rapid speed of response,reliable operation and convenient maintenance.
