摘要
对于加强电力系统稳定运行,提高电力客户满意度而言,优化业务流程主要是对电网设备检修流程进行再造。通过对电力检修业务进行筛选,选取了月度检修计划作为电力检修的核心业务。在提出流程再造的原则和目标后,对月度计划检修业务流程进行了再造,最后对比了流程再造前后的效果并分析了流程再造产生的效益。
In the light of strengthening stable operation of power system improving the satisfaction of power consumer,business process optimization is to reengineer the maintenance flow of power grid equipment.Through the selection of power maintenance business,monthly maintenance schedule is selected as core business.The principle and target of process reengineering are put forward,monthly maintenance schedule is reengineered.The effect before and after reengineering are compared,and the benefit thereof is analyzed.
