一直以来,无论大中小企业都视最受消费者欢迎的那部分市场为主要的营销重点。这样,不仅浪费了中小企业的先天优势,更使得很多的小市场成为一个个空白。在网络这个交流方便、营销多样、成本低廉的环境下,中小企业应将眼光重点集中在这部分大量的小市场。本文就中小企业的制胜之法——尾部营销做一分析。
For a long time, enterprises, no matter their scales, have always focused on a certain part of the market which is customers" favorites. So , it makes the small and middle enterprises" native advantages useless. Further, it makes the numerous and small parts of the market forgettable. Under the network environment--the environment with ease communications, variable marketing and low costs, small and middle enterprises must focus on the numerous and small parts of the market. This essay discusses on tail marketing, the winning way for small and middle enterprises.
