贫困大学生心理压力、心理适应及心理健康的相关分析

The Correlation Analysis of Mental Health,Psychological Stressor,Psychological Adjustment Abilities in Needy Universities Students

为通过对贫困生进行心理健康及心理压力、心理适应研究,可以掌握他们的心理健康、心理压力、心理适应状况以及心理压力、心理适应能力对心理健康影响的大小。采用《中国大学生心理健康测评系统》的《中国大学生心理应激量表(CCSPSS)》、《中国大学生心理健康量表(CCSMHS)》、《中国大学生心理适应量表(CCSAS)》对新疆8所本科高校的贫困生和非贫困生进行调查。结果显示在心理压力方面,贫困生在家庭维度的得分显著高于非贫困生(P<0.05),两组学生在心理压力其他维度和总分无显著性差异。在心理健康方面,贫困生在性心理障碍和强迫维度得分显著高于非贫困生(P<0.05),两组学生在心理健康其他维度差异均不显著。在心理适应方面贫困生在学习适应维度得分显著高于非贫困生(P<0.05),在心理适应的其他维度和总分差异均不显著。除抑郁和依赖维度外,贫困生的心理健康各维度得分与心理压力维度得分呈显著的正相关(P<0.05)、与心理适应各维度得分呈显著的负相关(P<0.05)。贫困生的总体心理健康状况较好,面临较多家庭压力,具有较强的学习适应能力,心理压力大小和心理适应能力强弱均是影响个体心理健康状况的关键因素。

Objective to know the mental health, psychological stress, psychological adjustment abilities in the needy university students through this survey,and analys deeply correlation between them. Method Adopting CCSPSS.CCSMHS.CCSAS from The Check System of Mental Health in Chinese College Students for needy universities students and ordinary universities students were surveyed in 8 undergraduate universities. Results The scores of family stressor in CCSPSS are higher obviously than ordinary universities students（P〈0.05）. The scores of gender psychological disorder and forced in CCSMHS are higher obviously than ordinary universities students（P〈0.05）as well. The scores of learning adjustment ability in CCSAS are obviously higher than ordinary university students（P〈0.05）else. The scores of each subscales mental health in poverty universities students except for depression and dependence which ale correlate actively with psychological stressor（P〈0.05）. The scores of each subscales mental health in poverty universities students that are correlate negatively with adjustment abilities （P〈0.05）. Conclusion There are good states of mental health and strong adjustment ability of study in needy students gronp;however, they met more stress from their families. At the same time psychological stress, psychological adjustment abilities which are more important factors in mental health.
