伴随社会的进步和国际交往的增多,第二语言学习与应用成为全球的普遍现象,双语问题也成为了世界性的问题。然而,随着我国双语教育的发展和现代化进程的加速,一些少数民族发生转用汉语现象,一些民族语言甚至处于濒危状态。保有祖国语言和文化的多样性,具有深远的历史意义和重要的现实意义。朝汉双语人在寻求语言功能价值和情感价值之间最大平衡点的努力,具有独特的理论价值和现实意义。对此,我们可以以朝汉双语集团作为研究对象,探讨全球一体化和中国现代化进程中民族语言和汉语如何实现"双赢"的问题。

with the process of society and increase of international communication, second language learning and application become a universal phenomenon; bilingualism also become a hot topic in the world. However, with the development of bilingual education and modernization in China, some of the ethnic minorities are forced to shift from their ethnic languages to Chinese. Even some ethnic languages are in danger. Maintaining the diversity of languages and culture in China is of ＂momentous current significance and far--reaching historical significance. Etforts made by Korean-- Chinese bilingualism in exploring the biggest equilibrium point between language＇s funtional and emotional value have special theoretical uqlure and practical significance. This paper,using Korean-- Chinese bilingual group as subjects, discusses how to achieve win- win between Chinese and national language in the process of global integration and modernication.
