体温计消毒筛的临床应用及效果评价

Clinical application of the new type thermometer disinfection sieve and evaluation of its efficacy

目的:评价体温计消毒筛的应用效果。方法:随机选取我院50名护理人员进行2年追踪调查,2007年使用体温计消毒盘为对照组,2008年使用体温计消毒筛为实验组。记录两组操作时间,体温计损坏量,护理人员皮肤损伤情况。采用自制的《护理人员使用满意度问卷》评价护理人员对体温计消毒筛使用依从性。结果:实验组操作时间、体温计损坏率、护理人员皮肤损伤率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);两组护理人员使用满意度方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:体温计消毒筛在体温计的消毒及使用过程中,不仅方便快捷,简化工作流程、提高工作效率,还有利于护理人员自我防护及环境保护,值得在临床推广应用。

Objective： To evaluate the effieacy of the new type thermometer disinfection sieve. Methods： 50 nurses were randomly selected in our hospital and a 2 - year follow - up survey was conducted. The nurses using thermometer disinfection tray in 2007 was taken as control group and the other ones using new type disinfection sieve in 2008 as experimental group. The hours of disinfeetion operation, the quantity of broken thermometers and the skin damage of nursing staff in both groups were re- corded. The self- made questionnaire of ＂nurse~ satisfaction with disinfection devices＂ was used to evaluate the nurses＇compli- ance in applying the thermometer disinfection sieve. Results： The hours of operation, the broken rate of thermometers and the damage rate of skin of nursing staff were significantly shorter and lower in the experimental group than those in the control group and the differences were statistically significant （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion： Application of the new type thermometer disinfection sieve not only simplifies the process of disinfection, shorten the operation time, raise the efficacy of nursing work but is beneficial to the protection of nursing staff and the environment. It is recommended to be widely used in clinic.
