摘要
目的了解我院消化系统用药的现状,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法采用金额排序和频度分析对我院2005-2007年消化系统用药的情况作统计分析。结果消耗金额最大的是治疗消化性溃疡病药物,其次为肝胆疾病辅助用药;用药频度最大的是治疗消化性溃疡病药物。结论我院消化系统药物的应用基本合理,质子泵抑制剂应用前景看好。
Objective To analyze the application status of digestive system drugs in our hospital for reference of rational drug use in clinic. Methods The data of drug consumption in digestive system in our hospital during the period 2005-2007 was analyzed statistically in terms of consumption sum, defined daily dose （DDDs） and average daily drug consumption sum （DDC） were collected and analyzed. Results The drugs for peptic ulcer and hepatobiliary dominated the top two places in consumption sum. Conclusion The drugs for peptic ulcer were used most frequently, and the proton pump inhibitors is promising.
