摘要
金融危机给门户网站的生存提出了严峻的挑战,推行个性化服务是吸引用户、留住用户的主要手段,门户网站需要大力发展个性化服务;目前,国内门户网站在减少投入、缩减业务、保证系统速度的前提下,综合运用多种模式识别用户,促进用户交互,增加成本低廉的个性化服务,加强个性化广告服务,从而为用户提供更好的个性化服务,提高市场竞争力。
Portals face more challenges under financial crisis. Portals need to boost the personalized service because it is the primary measure to attract and retain the users. At present, the domestic portals on the premise of decreasing investment and operations should keep the rapid respose of system, identify users by multi-mode, promote the users' communication, increase the personalized service of low cost, enhance the personalized advertisement, hence, support better personalized service for users and improve the competitive ability.
