With the development of modem science and technology, and especially with the development of military technology and information technology, the war type is transferred from mechanized war to informationized war, and the military field is being experienced unprecedented deep changes. These new changes make brand-new requirement for military education in colleges and universities and raise new issues for cultivating objective and cultivating mode of high quality military talents.
