The Synthesis of 5,6-dimethyl-2,3-pyrazinedimethylformamide

摘要 以过氧化氢为氧化剂,在稀碱条件下将2,3-二氰基-5,6-二甲基吡嗪不完全水解,首次合成5,6-二甲基-2,3-吡嗪二甲酰胺,其结构经IR、MS、1HNMR等予以确证. 5,6-dimethyl-2,3-pyrazinedimethylformamide has been firstly prepared with 5,6-dimethyl-2,3-pyrazinecarbonitrile as raw material via hydrolysis in dilute basic solution using HzO2 as oxidant. The product obtained was identified by b.p.MS.^1HNMR.IR.
