摘要
分析了彗尾疪病产生的原因及去除方法.通过研究磁流变抛光的可塑性问题,从可塑性方面分析了彗尾疪病现象产生的过程.利用工艺实验研究彗尾疪病现象的消除方法,在自主设计的磁流变抛光装置上,采用磁场强度值分别为240 kA/m,210 kA/m,180 kA/m,150 kA/m,90 kA/m的五阶段优化磁场强度法后,使K9玻璃表面粗糙度值达到0.49 nm,消除了磁流变抛光过程中的彗尾疪病现象.实验表明磁场强度的大小影响链条结构的稳定,影响抛光粉颗粒对材料的去除,减小磁场强度可以有效的去除彗尾疵病.
Causes of comet tail defect and methods to eliminate the comet tail defect were explained in this paper. Also,the plasticity of magnetorheological finishing,and the generating process of comet tail defect were studied. With the established magnetorheological finishing device, some experiments were done to eliminate the comet tail defect. When the magnetic field strength was divided into five stages and the corresponding values were 240 kA/m, 210 kA/m, 150 kA/m, 90 kA/m and 90 kA/m , the surface roughness of K9 glass reached 0.49 nm,eliminating the comet tail defect. The experimental results show that the magnetic field intensity during the magnetorheological finishing process affects the chain structure's stability and the eliminating of materials. Reducing the magnetic field strength is an effective method.
