摘要
叶片榫头具有结构复杂、品种多、设计制造周期长等特点,如何高效、便捷地设计出叶片榫头对于缩短航空发动机研制周期具有重要意义.将各种类型的榫头按结构进行分类,建立参数化尺寸驱动的榫头实例库,采用基于实例推理的设计方法进行榫头设计.通过对榫头设计实例库中最佳实例修改与优化,设计出新的榫头.该方法可大大缩短榫头的设计周期,显著提高叶片设计的效率.因此开发基于实例推理的叶片榫头CAD系统对于叶片的设计来说很有意义.
Blade tenon has characteristics of complex structure, many varieties, long design and manufacture period. How to efficiently and easily design the blade tenon is of significance for shortening development cycle of aero-engine. This paper classifies blade tenon according to structure, establishes parametric dimension-driven tenon case library, and uses case-based reasoning (CBR) design approach to design the tenon. By means of modifying and optimizing the best case of the tenon case library, a new tenon is designed. This method can shorten the design cycle greatly and improve the efficiency of blade design significantly. Therefore, it's important for the blade design to development the blade tenon CAD system based on CBR.
