微生物传感器是一种以微生物活细胞或细胞碎片作为敏感元件,结合电化学换能器,对被分析物具有高度选择性的装置,具有灵敏度高、检测速度快、操作简便、成本低、可进行连续动态监测等优点。在介绍微生物传感器的结构、工作原理及分类的基础上,对其在生物工业、环境监测和临床医学等领域中的应用研究进行综述,并探讨了微生物传感器的发展前景。

Microbial Sensor is an analytical device composed of a micro-organism living cells or cell debris as sensitive element coupled to a electrochemistry transducer. It has many advantages such as high sensitivity,quick response,simple and convenient manipulation,low cost and continuous detection. Based on the introducting of forms, working principle and sorts of microbial sensor,the application of microbial sensor in the field of biological industry, environmental inspection and clinical medicine was summarized, and the prospect of its development was discussed.
