Quick Path Seletion to Prosperity in New Socialist Countryside

我国新农村建设首要内容是"生产发展,生活宽裕",而现阶段农村居民人均纯收入不足城镇居民人均可支配收入的1/3,因而贯彻科学发展观,统筹城乡发展,探索我国新农村快速富裕之路尤为迫切。通过参观和广泛查阅国内外文献,立足本国国情,总结我国人均收入约4万元以上村庄的快速富裕之路,得出结论,我国社会主义新农村快速富裕之路有4条:做大做强第二、三产业的村办企业;发展农业规模经济;发展"一村一品"特色、精品农业;发展密集庭院经济。

The main content of construction of new countryside in China was＂production development, life richness＂ .However, the disposable income in rural was only one third of that in urban. Therefore carring out scientific outlook on development and balance urban and rural development, exploring quick way to prosperity in new countryside was particularly urgently. By visiting and consulting domestic and foreign literature extensively, based on the conditions of our country, a conclusion was drawn by summarizing the quick way to prosperity in villages with average income of about forty thousand. Results showed that there were four points in quick way to prosperity in new socialist countryside.First, enhance the village-run enterprises of second and third industries. Second ,develop agricultural economies of scale.Third ,develop special and featured agriculture about ＂one village ,one variety＂. At last, develop intensive courtyard economies.
