新型FCC汽油两段加氢改质催化剂性能评价 被引量:6

摘要 在500 mL绝热评价装置上,将一段选择性加氢脱硫催化剂SDS和二段辛烷值恢复催化剂IADS串联,以中国石油大连石化公司全馏分FCC汽油为原料,进行两段加氢改质催化剂及工艺1 000 h性能考察和工艺条件优化。结果表明:在适宜的工艺条件下,全馏分FCC汽油经两段加氢改质后,烯烃体积分数由43.57%降到29.8%,芳烃体积分数由16.51%增加到23%,硫由125μg/g降到26.6μg/g,产品辛烷值损失小于0.2个单位。优化的工艺条件为:操作压力1.2~1.5MPa,液体空速2.0~3.5 h^(-1)(以SDS计),氢油体积比300~500,SDS入口温度180~220℃,IADS入口温度300~340℃。 A study on 1000 h performance and stage hydro-upgrading catalysts was conducted process condition optimization of the two-on a 500 mL adiabatic unit combining the first stage selective hydrodesulfurization catalyst SDS and the second stage octane number restoration catalyst IADS (connection in series), using the full range FCC gasoline from PetroChina Dalian Petrochemical Company as the feedstock. The results showed that the olefin content dropped from 43.57 % to 29.8 %, aromatics content increased to 23 % from 16.51%, sulfur content could be lowered from 125μg/gto 2616μg/g and octane number loss of product was less than 0.2 units. The optimal process conditions were in the following: operating pressure 1.2~1.5 MPa, liquid space velocity 2.0-3.5 h-1 (based on SDS),hydrogen to oil volume ratio 300-500, inlet temperature of SDS 180~220℃ and inlet temperature of IADS 300-340℃.
