采油废弃固相物无害化处理技术研究及应用

采油固相物是指被丢弃的含油固体或泥状物质。主要来源于石油开采、炼制及消费活动。其中最大的来源是石油勘探开发业和石油化工行业生产过程中产生的油泥、油砂和洗涤水浓缩物,含油污泥具有产量大、含油量高、重质油组分高、综合利用方式少、处理难度大等特点。目的是通过含油污泥无害化处理、资源化利用,实现采油四厂能源与环境的和谐发展。

The large amount of sludge, produced in the course of processing water, was not properly treated in Suijing Oil Field, but stacked directly in the open ground. So many substances and energy resources contained in the sludge were wasted and the environment was endangered deadly. By chemical and instrumental analysis methods, chemical compositions and physical properties of the sludge were determined. Then, The technique could be a use for reference for sludge processing in roil fields.
