摘要
子洲-米脂气田通常采用泡沫排水采气工艺,以提高气井开采时率,由于甲醇和高矿化度地层水严重影响泡排剂的起泡性能,部分气井泡排效果较差。针对现场存在的问题,结合子洲-米脂气田工艺特征,研制抗高矿化度,抗甲醇的泡排剂、优化工艺参数,开展现场试验,排除井筒积液,提高低产、积液气井的产能,对合理有效开发低产气井具有重要意义。
There are too many of low output gas well in Zizhou-Mizhi gas field ,which has half of gas wells of below the output of 1×10^4m3/d in all using 66 wells . Because of its low output , the gas well can not certify the requiring of drainning water , so these gaswells have some water in the well , it can not product in normal . Throuhe the technology of drainning water with foam , the gas well can product more nature gas a day , because the effection of methanol and higher mineral salt concentration , some gas wells have a poor effection . aim at the problems , we combine the characteristic of Zizhou-Mizhi gas field ,research the drainning water material which can resisting higher methanol and higher mineral salt concentration , we act many examinations in gas field , drift the water in gas wells and increase the output of these wells . This article has important functions in developing low output gas wells.
