探讨了如何在ＰＣ机上方便、快捷地实现化学分子三维结构可视化。系统阐述了ＯｐｅｎＧＬ的编程方法，包括建模、变换等，并介绍了人机交互和立体化成像方法及其在计算机化学领域的应用。结合虚拟现实硬件，提出一种基于ＰＣ机开发分子虚拟现实系统的方案。

The article discusses how to visualize three dimensional molecular structure on PC conveniently and quickly.It introduces the programming method using OpenGL,including modeling,transformation as well as how to render stereo molecular models real time and interactively, and how to apply them in the field of computer chemistry.It also discusses some hardware of virtual reality,then presents a method of developing molecular VR system on PC.
