摘要
阐述了港口调度、生产指挥专用的ＤＴ－２调度通信系统的设计及其实现方式，着重对自动流程预告分系统中ＰＣ机采用创新１６位声卡作了较详细的介绍，分析了利用ＰＣ机实现自动流程预告分系统的控制过程，并给出了自动流程预告分系统软件控制流程图。
The article deals with the design and realizing way of the special DT-2 Dispatch Communication System for the port dispatch and produce command.Particularly the information about the Creative Sound Card (16bit) adopted by Personal Computer of the sub-system of the auto-process forecast is presented in detail. The control process of realizing the subsystem of the auto-process forecast is analized by making use of PC.Finally, the process chart and the main program of the software control of the auto-process forecast sub-system is provided.
