PRRSV辽宁株N蛋白基因的克隆及序列分析

Cloning and Sequence Analysis for ORF7 Gene of Liaoning genotype PRRSV

以辽宁地区某猪场猪繁殖与呼吸综合征(PRRS)发病猪病料为材料,采用RT-PCR方法特异性扩增编码猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒(PRRSV)N蛋白基因全长cDNA,结果表明,该分离株N基因cDNA编码区长372bp,可编码123个氨基酸残基,与美洲型代表株VR-2332、欧洲型代表株LV进行同源性比较,核苷酸同源性分别为92.2%和27.2%,推测该辽宁分离株属于美洲型。

In this study, a pig farm in Liaoning Province, porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome （PRRS） disease swine feed for the material using RT-PCR method specifically amplified coding porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus （PRRSV）, the full-length cDNA of the N protein gene. The results show that the isolated cDNA encoding N gene Divisional 372bp, coding for 123 amino acid residues, and on behalf of the Inter-American-type strain VR-2332 and the European strain LV-type homologous comparison, the same nucleotide derived, respectively 92.2% and 27.2%. Speculated on the type of Liaoning belongs to the Inter-American.
