The recycling of renewable resources is regarded as the important component of recycle economy, has already become current rising industry, it is the only way of realizing sustainable development of human society. On the basis of analysis of currect achievements and existing problem in Changsha＇s resources recycling system construction, eight policies recommendations to play a positive role in advancing renewable resources recycling system construction in Changsha were provided.
