参考文献的网络功能基于网络链接产生。利用参考文献可以确定期刊的选题，全面认识科学研究、进行审稿、评价期刊等。认真核对参考文献是保证其各项功能发挥的前提.
Network function of references based on Web-links. References paticipated in choosing journal topics and gave a comprehensive understanding of scientific research. Reference was attributed to review and evaluate periodicals. For ensuring all function fulfil, it＇s essential to check references carefully.
