胃癌病理分型和诊断标准的建议 被引量：124

摘要 目前，胃癌的诊断主要依据影像学和病理检查。胃癌的病理分型国内外有多种方案，比较常用的为Lauren和WHO分型。国内多数单位对胃癌的临床诊断和病理分型主观性较强，缺乏统一的规范和指南。随着肿瘤临床诊疗观念和技术发展的需要，对肿瘤进行个体化综合治疗已成为主要发展方向。传统的胃癌病理分型、临床分期，
