肾复发性上皮样血管平滑肌脂肪瘤一例

摘要患者男，41岁。于7年前体检B超发现多发性双肾占位性病变。无家族遗传病史，无结节性硬化症史。曾于2002年7月16日及12月19日于我院行两次手术，先后切除左肾肿物及右肾肿物。
