三种不同方法建立兔肝VX2肿瘤模型的实验研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨建立兔VX2肝癌模型的最佳方法.方法30只新西兰白兔,随机分为3组.A组超声引导经皮穿刺肿瘤组织条,B组超声引导VX2瘤组织块悬液,C组切开腹瘤块包埋.比较不同植瘤方式肿瘤的生长特点,超声监测肿瘤生长.结果A、B、C三组接种成瘤率分别为:90%、90%、100%;单发率90%、20%、80%;异位种植率10%、80%、20%.平均存活时间:A组(43.2±5.6)d,长于B组(34.5±3.6)d及C组(41.2±3.5)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).结论超声引导经皮穿刺肿瘤组织条种植法对肝组织的损伤小,成功率高、模型性质稳定,是可推荐的建立兔肝癌模型方法. Objective To explore an optimum method of establishing model of rabbits VX2 liver tumor.Methods 30 New Zealand white rabbits were divided into three groups randomly,10 in each group.VX2 tumor pieces were punctured from skin into the liver by ultrasonic guidance in group A and VX2 tumor pieces mixed with sodium chloride were injected into the liver by ultrasonic guidance in group B,and VX2 tumor pieces were implanted into the liver after abdominal operation.The growth features of the tumour established in three different ways were compared by ultrasound.Result The model of rabbits VX2 liver tumor was established successfully in three different ways.The success rate was 90%,90%,and 100%;Single rate was 90%,90%,and 100%;Implant in the displacing was 10%,80%,and 20%.The mean survival time of rabbits in group A was the longest in three groups.Conclusion The implant meathod,which VX2 tumor pieces were punctured from skin into the liver by ultrasonic guidance,is worth recommending to adopt for minimal injury,high success rate and stable features.
