冠状动脉狭窄程度和病变血管支数与冠心病危险因素的相互关系研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨冠状动脉狭窄程度与冠心病危险因素之间的相互关系.方法收集2004年至2006年经冠脉造影诊断冠心病的病例499例,对各病例的危险因素和冠脉造影的结果进行回顾性研究,从冠脉狭窄度、病变血管的累及支数等情况来分析冠状动脉病变与其危险因素的相互关系.结果空腹血糖与冠脉狭窄度相关.高血压、吸烟、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白和累及冠脉的血管支数相关,且总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白和血管累及的支数呈正相关.结论(1)高龄的病人冠脉病变程度较重,常有多支病变;(2)有高血压史的病人易出现多支病变;(3)有糖尿病史的病人多表现为冠脉的弥漫病变;(4)吸烟的病人冠脉病变程度较重,常发生多支病变;(5)总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白增高的病人容易出现多支病变,且低密度脂蛋白的增高与右冠状动脉病变相关;(6)空腹血糖的增高可以加重冠状动脉的病变程度. Objective To investigate the relationship between the risk factors of coronary artery disease and the severity of coronary artery lesions.Methods A total of 499 consecutive patients who were diagnosised as coronary heart disease by coronary angiography(2004~2006) were studied retrospectively.We analyzed the characteristics of coronary artery lesions including the severity of coronary artery,and the guantity of involved coronary artery,diffuse lesions and the lesions of LAD,LCX,RCA,LM.Results Significant correlation was found between FBG and the severity of coronary artery stenosis.Significant correlations were also found between smoking,aging,FBG and index of total stenosis.Hypertension,smoking,LDL-C,and TC are correlated with the quantity of involved coronary artery,TC and LDL-C showed positive correlation with the quantity of involved coronary artery.Conclusions(1) Advanced patients have severe and multivessel lesions.(2) Patients with hypertension are prone to be suffered with multivessel lesions.(3) Diffuse lesions are often found in the patients with diabetes.(4) Patients who smoke usually have severe and multivessel lesions.(5) Patientswith high TC and LDL-C are prone to be suffered with multivessel lesions.(6) With the increasing of FBG,the coronary artey lesions become severe.
