杜东胶囊镇痛抗炎作用研究

Analgesic and Anti-inflammatory Effects of Dudong Capsule

目的观察杜东胶囊的镇痛、抗炎作用,为其临床应用提供实验依据.方法采用小鼠扭体法及热板法分别观察杜东胶囊的镇痛作用;运用二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀、角叉菜胶致大鼠足跖肿胀模型分别评价杜东胶囊的抗炎作用.结果高、中剂量的杜东胶囊明显减少小鼠扭体次数,延迟热板致小鼠疼痛反应的时间;高剂量杜东胶囊能显著抑制二甲苯引起的小鼠耳廓肿胀,减轻足跖肿胀度及降低腹腔液的吸光度.结论杜东胶囊具有明显的镇痛和抗炎作用.

Objective To investigate the analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects of Dudong capsule,and to provide more detailed experimental bases for clinic application.Methods Method of twisting response caused by acetic acid and hot plate method were used to evaluate the analgesic effects.Anti-inflammatory effects were determined by models including auricle tumefaction induced by dimethylbenzene in mice and paw edema induced by carrageenin in rats.Results Dudong capsule at high and medium dosage obviously decreased the frequency of writhe caused by acetic acid in mice and delayed the pain reaction time of heat stimulation in mice.Dudong capsule at high dosage also had markedly inhibitory effect on dimethylbenzene-induced auricle tumefaction in mice and mitigated the degree of paw edema induced by carrageenin in rats.Conclusion Dudong capsule has evident anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects.
