呼吸道疾病患者在支气管镜检查中不同表现的分析

Different Manifestations of Bronchoscope Examination in Patients with Respiratory Diseases

目的探讨昆明地区和广州地区的患者在支气管镜检查中的不同表现.方法收集整理一定病例对比观察了昆明地区患者与广州地区患者的表现,并进行统计学处理.结果昆明地区患者的咽喉部病变及支气管粘膜炭黑样色素沉着病变较广州地区明显且发病率高.结论昆明地区居民应更注意保护生态环境,改善饮食习惯及生活习惯,以积极预防呼吸系统疾病的发生和发展.

Objective To explore the different manifestations of bronchoscope examination in patients between Kunming and Guangzhou.Method We collected some information from patients who accepted bronchoscope examination in Kunming and Guangzhou,and then we analysed the data with statistics.Result The patients in Kunming had more pharynx and larynx wall lymph follicle proliferation and more bronchial mucosa carbon black type pigment deposition than the patients in Guangzhou.Conclusion The residents in Kunming should pay more attention to the environment protection,improve habit in living and diet,so as to prevent the incidence of respiratory diseases.
