The Value of MRI in the Diagnosis of Hepatic Hilar Tumor

目的探讨MRI、MRCP、MRA对肝门部占位性病变的诊断价值.方法回顾性分析48例肝门部占位性病变的影像学表现.结果联合MRI三种检查方法对不同性质的肝门部占位性病灶定性、定位诊断准确率为93.7%.结论MRI一体化检查对肝门部占位性病变的诊断具有重要的意义.

Objective To investigate the value of MRI,MRCP and MRA techniques in the diagnosis of hepatic hilar tumor.Method The imaging manifestations of 48 cases of hepatic hilar tumor were retrospectively analyzed.Result The diagnosis accurate rate was 93.7% in the location and nature of hepatic hilar tumor with three kinds of MRI scanning.Conclusion MRI techniques have high accuracy in the diagnosis of the location and nature of hepatic hilar tumor.
