卡托普利联合螺内酯治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭35例疗效观察

Treatment of Chronic Congestive Heart Failure by Combination of Captopril and Spironolactone

目的探讨卡托普利联合螺内酯治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭的疗效.方法2006年10月至2008年11月收治的35例慢性充血性心力衰竭患者,在接受常规抗心衰治疗(包括利尿剂、洋地黄等)基础上,给予口服卡托普利、螺内酯,疗程为12周,观察心衰治疗的效果.结果治疗后各项指标均有显著好转,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论卡托普利联螺内酯治疗慢性充血性心理衰竭有一定的疗效,且价格便宜,无明显副反应.

Objective To explore the therapeutic effects of combination of captopril and spironolactone on chronic congestive heart failure.Methods Thirty-five patients with chronic congestive heart failure were enrolled in this study in our hospital from October 2006 to November 2008.All patients received general heart failure treatment,including diuretics and digitalis,and then they were administrated orally with captopril and spironolactone for 12 weeks.Then the therapeutic effects were observed.Result All indexes were improved after treatment,and there was a significant diference between before and after treatment（P0.05）.Conclusion Combination of captopril and spironolactone has good therapeutic effects on chronic congestive heart failure,and it has lowprice and fewside effects.
