脑脊液蛋白质指纹图谱模型在急性颅脑损伤研究中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 颅脑损伤是当今威胁人类生命的主要疾患之一,尽管对颅脑损伤的研究不断深入,但颅脑损伤仍有高伤残率和高致死率。常规的颅脑损伤诊断多依赖于CT、MRI、SPECT(单光子发射计算机断层扫描)等神经影像学技术,这些诊断工具在判定患者的一般脑功能状态上是有价值的,但缺乏对脑损伤程度的精确及量化的评估。
