应用Wingspan支架治疗症状性颅内动脉狭窄

Treatment of symptomatic intracranial artery stenosis with Wingspan stent

目的探讨Wingspan支架系统治疗颅内动脉狭窄的可行性、安全性、有效性及手术技巧。方法回顾性分析应用Wingspan支架治疗的颅内动脉狭窄27例，所有患者均为药物控制无效短暂性脑缺血（TIA）患者，收集其临床及影像资料，并进行短期随访。结果狭窄部位位于颈内动脉3例，大脑中动脉13例，椎动脉4例，基底动脉7例，所有患者均成功放置Wingspan支架，术中狭窄段均获满意开放。所有患者术后均随访，1例偶有TIA发作，1例发生无症状脑梗死，其余患者无再次缺血发作。结论Wingspan支架治疗颅内动脉狭窄是一种安全有效的治疗手段。

Objective To study the role of wingspan stent in treatment of intracranial arterial stenosis,including its feasibility, safety, efficacy and operating skills. Method 27 cases of intracranial arterial stenosis treated with wingspan stent was retrospectively studied. There was no response to drug control in all patients. The stenosis located in 3 internal arteries, 13 middle cerebral arteries,4 vertebral arteries and 7 basal arteries. Results All stents were successfully deployed with satisfied opening of the narrow paragraph. All patients were followed up after the procedures. There was 1 case of occasional attack of TIA, 1 case of asymptomatic cerebral infarction. There was no isehemic attack occurred in other patients. Conclusions Wingspan stent is safe and effective in treatment of intraeranial artery stenosis.
