术前血管栓塞治疗颅骨嗜酸性肉芽肿一例并文献复习

摘要
嗜酸性肉芽肿为郎罕氏细胞组织细胞增多症（1angerhans’cellhistiocytosis，LCH）的一种，LCH为一组原发性郎罕氏细胞多克隆异常增生的非肿瘤性质的疾病，临床少见。我科近日收治患儿1例，累及眼眶。考虑到小儿对失血耐受力弱，病变累及较深，手术时间长，给予介入栓塞肿瘤供血动脉后再行肿瘤刮除术，术中出血明显减少，且刮除彻底。现结合相关文献报道如下。
