垂体性侏儒症伴第三脑室底鞍下扩展、双垂体畸形一例

摘要
患者女，19岁。因生长发育迟缓十余年而人我院内分泌科诊治。患者系7个月早产儿，顺产，出生体质量2150g。出生后1年内即发现生长发育落后于同龄儿童。12岁后身高停滞，无第二性征发育，双眼视灵敏度下降6年余。智力一般，奁体患者身高130cm，体质量35kg，面容幼稚，双乳部位少许脂肪堆积，外阴幼稚。MRI示鞍区囊状异常信号，第三脑室延长，并伸入蝶窦内，未见明短增强垂体信号。鞍膈鞍底缺如，前联合未见显示，蝶鞍两侧见垂体结构（图1a～d）。
