摘要
临床资料 患者男，11岁。因右侧头顶部斑状脱发、断发5年余，于2008年11月10日来诊。患者5年前开始无明显诱因右侧头顶部毛囊周围出现粟粒大小的红丘疹，偶伴瘙痒，未予诊治。随后丘疹渐增多，丘疹周围头发出现脱发、断发，面积约1分硬币大小，伴有轻度瘙痒，在当地县医院诊断为“头癣”，分别给予“雷琐辛溶液、硫磺软膏”等外用及“氟康唑胶囊”内服，皮损略有改善，但脱发区一直未见头发生长。
