摘要
采用微波聚合方法进行了八甲基环四硅氧烷(D4)的阴离子开环聚合,制得了稳定的半透明聚二甲基硅氧烷阴离子型微乳液。结果表明:以D4为原料,十二烷基苯磺酸为催化剂,用微波乳液聚合法合成有机硅微乳液的最佳工艺条件为:微波功率528W、反应时间60min、催化剂用量3.0g,乳化剂用量2.0g。制得的产品稳定,可赋予成革优异的滑爽性。
The stable and nearly transparent polydimethylsiloxane anionic microemulsions was synthesized via anionic ring - opening polymerization of octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane ( D4 ) under microwave irradiation. The optimal reaction conditions are obtained as follows : microwave power, 528W ; exposure time, 60min ; catalyst dosage ( dodecylbenzene sulfonic acid), 3.0g; emulsifier dosage, 2.0g. The prepared emulsion has better stability and the resulant leather has good smoothing property.
