摘要
用毛细管电泳对合成出的7-羟基全氢化噁唑并噁嗪,在储存中的变化做了简单的跟踪检测,试图得到室温中自然放置的7-羟基全氢化噁唑并噁嗪的转化情况,从而为7-羟基全氢化噁唑并噁嗪的储存提供了一定的理论依据。试验结果表明:在室温中自然放置的7-羟基全氢化噁唑并噁嗪确实会发生一定的转化,在空气中水分和氧化作用下会逐步转化为N,N-二羟乙基甘氨酸。
The structure change of 7 - hydroxyl - perhydro - [2,3 - c] - oxazolo - 1,4 - oxazines during its storage was monitored with capillary electrophoresis in order to obtain the optimal storage condition at room temperature. The analysis results indicate that the 7 -hydroxyl -perhydro- [ 2,3 -c ] -oxazolo- 1,4 -oxazines does occur a certain transformation in air because of the action of moisture and oxidation, a gradual transformation from 7 - hydroxyl - perhydro - [ 2,3 - c ] - oxazolo - 1,4 - oxazines to N, N - bis - (2 - hydroxy - ethyl) - glycine could be observed.
