摘要
设计了一套基于数字图像处理技术的皮革面积测量系统,将采集到的图像数据经过软件处理后就可以测量并显示出皮革的面积。经试验证明:该系统可以实现小张幅皮革面积的静态测量,操作简单,测量稳定可靠,最后提出了进一步实现大张幅皮革面积动态测量的设想和努力方向。
A leather area measurement system based on image processing was designed. Image data of measured leather was acquired by the hardware and then was processed by the software to obtain and display the area of measured leather. The experiment results show that this system now can realize static measurement of small leather area and is stable and reliable and have the feature of simple operation and good visibility of data. Some improved suggestions were proposed to realize the dynamic measurement of large leather area.
