一种用于处理宾汉非牛顿稠油渗流的热采模型 被引量:3

摘要 温度对稠油流变性有一定的影响,且存在某一临界温度Tcr.当温度高于Tcr时,稠油可以视为牛顿流体;当温度低于Tcr时,为非牛顿流体,并存在一个初始剪切应力,可以用宾汉型本构方程来描述。根据宾汉流体的渗流方程,建立了新的热采数值模型,该模型中考虑了稠油在低于临界温度时呈现为宾汉流体的特性。采用粘度校正法和系数校正法对采油参数进行了计算,并引入了初始压力梯度项。为了测试这两种方法的优劣,对新疆风城某采油方案进行了试算。试算结果表明,后一种方法在模拟精度、计算速度和计算稳定性方面比前一种方法更好。对曙175油藏进行的实例分析结果表明,数值模型模拟的渗流情况符合稠油地下渗流的实际情况,可用于实际的热力采油计算。 The temperature has some influences on the rheology of heavy oil. It is found that there is a critical temperature T cr corresponding to the rheology of heavy oil. While the temperature is higher than T cr , the heavy oil behaves like Newtonian fluid, whereas while the temperature is lower than T cr , it behaves like Bingham fluid. Based on the rheology of heavy oil, a new thermal recovery model for Bingham fluid is set up. A viscosity modified method and a coefficient modified method are used to treat the initial pressure gradient. A recovery project of Fengcheng oil field in Xinjiang area is simulated to test the two methods. The latter is better than the former in respect of simulation accuracy, calculation speed and stability. Reservoir Shu 175 was simulated as a case study. The simulating result accords with the practice, and the numerical simulation model can be applied to thermal recovery for heavy oil reservoirs.
