低频脉冲磁场对兔软骨细胞生长作用的实验研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的初步探讨低频脉冲磁场在调节兔软骨细胞生长的作用。方法使用不同强度的低频脉冲磁场对由兔骨髓干细胞(MSCs)诱导分化的软骨细胞进行电磁辐射,观察软骨细胞在体外的生物学特性。结果经过施加低频脉冲磁场的软骨细胞及硫酸葡糖胺聚糖含量有明显增加。细胞硫酸葡糖胺聚糖含量随着施加脉冲电磁场刺激强度的增加而增加,但2.0A/m与3.0A/m的刺激强度组氨基已糖多糖含量无明显改变。结论适当强度的低频脉冲磁场可以促进体外兔软骨细胞的生长。 Objective To investigate the effect of low frequency pulsed electromagnetic field (PEMF) in the growth of rabbit's chondrocytes. Methods MSCs were obtained from five month's rabbit and differentiated into chondrocytes in vitro. The chondrocytes were randomly divided into four experimental groups and a control group. Four experimental groups were radiated (twice daily, 30 minutes each time, 7 days in total) by 2 Hz PEMFs of different intensity (0.5, 1, 2, 3A/m) respectively. Bionomics of the chondrocytes were observed. Results The proliferation of four experimental groups were significantly faster than control group. The quantity of secreting GAG in experimental groups were significantly larger than control group. There was no significant difference between the groups which the frequencies were 2.0A/m and 3.0A/m. Conclusions Appropriate low frequency PEMFs can potentially enhanced the growth of rabbit's chondrocytes.
