摘要
目的探讨重度子痫前期-子痫引起的严重母儿并发症及围产儿预后情况.方法对大同市第三人民院产科2006年4月1日-2008年10月30日收治的3 016例产妇资料进行回顾性分析,以探讨重度子痫前期-子痫的母子结局.结果重度子痫前期-子痫患者严重并发症的发生率:肾功损害4.9%,HELLP综合征4.5%,心功能不全3.5%,胎盘早剥3.1%,DIC1.7%;影响围产儿结局的并发症发生率:FGR 10.3%,死胎7.2%,早产27.6%,活产新生儿92.4%,低体重儿32.8%,新生儿窒息11.6%,转NICU 40.3%,新生儿死亡5.2%.结论重度子痫前期-子痫患者母胎并发症严重,更易引起母儿不良妊娠后果.
Objective To analyse severe complications and Perinatal outcome of severe pre-eclampsia and eclampsia. Methods We retrospectively analyzed pregnant complications and Perinatal outcome of 270 severe pre-eelampsia and 16 eelampsia enrolled from Apr. 1 of 2006 to Oct.30 of 2008. Results The complications of 286 cases inclding mothers and fetus were renal ruction failure 4.9%, HELLP（ hemolysis, elevated liver enzymes and low platelets）4.5%, heart failure 3.5%, placental abruption 3.1%, DIC 1.7%, FGR （fetal growth restriction ）10.3%, fetal death 7.2%, premature delivery 27.6%, live newborn 92.4%, low birth-weight 32.8%, nebom asphyxia 11.6%, transmitted to NICU 40.3%, neborn death 5.2% respectively. Conclusions Maternal and fetal complications in severe pre-eelampsia and eclampsia were severe and the outcome of mother and fetus are bad.
