摘要
通过对56名随机分为实验组和对照组的单纯性肥胖女性进行为期12周、每周3次、每次1.5 h的有氧运动训练.通过对实验组与对照组对比,两组在减脂效果上都非常明显,相比而言,L—肉碱配合运动的效果要显著得多.
56 women with obesity problem were divided into two groups, 3-hour-a-week aerobic sports are required for each person. After 12 weeks, the result shows that both groups are significant in reducing fat, while the effect in the group with L-carnitine taken is much more significant.
