山西省竞技武术教练员队伍现状调查研究

Research on the Coach of Athletics Martial Arts in Shanxi Province

针对山西省竞技武术教练员队伍的现状,采用文献资料法、问卷调查法等研究方法对其进行分析.结果表明:山西省教练员队伍的学历结构基本合理,但中专以下学历的教练员近五分之一;山西省教练员职称结构不合理,国家级、高级、二级教练员偏少,且教练员梯队优势不明显,这不利于保持山西省竞技武术教练员队伍的可持续发展.

For current situation of the coach of athletics martial art in Shanxi province, the analysis is made by the methods of literature, investigations eros, the results show that the academic structure of coach in Shanxi province is basically reseanable, but the one fifth of coach is belowing special school eductional level;the positional title structure of coach in Shanxi province isn＇t rensonable, the numbers of the coach of nation-level, senior, second level are smaller, so the sitution will not benefit to the sustainanble development of the coach of Athletics martial in ShanXi Provinc.
